Interdisciplinary Science Outreach: Organized visits to the Abyssal Microorganism Experimental Platform for 100 secondary school students. Experts including Researcher Liu Rulong (Abyssal Microbiology) and Researcher Chen Wen (Aeronautics and Astronautics) delivered cutting-edge scientific reports covering hot topics like quantum computing and nuclear fusion.
Public Engagement: Simultaneously conducted the Ocean Decade campus activity. Through exhibitions of scientific research equipment models (such as the Full-Ocean-Depth Pressure-Retaining Sampler) and popular science lectures, the event aimed to enhance marine literacy among youth.
