• Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for the strategic planning and international resource coordination of the DOME project, leading the International Steering Committee in setting project direction and policies.

DOME Management Office (DMO)

• Responsibilities: Responsible for fundraising, management, and allocation of project funds to support the sustainable development of the project.

Global Strategic Cooperation Center
Responsible for integrating international resources, implementing transnational projects, conducting policy research, communicating and collaborating with international partners, and expanding the international cooperation network.
Human Resources Department
Responsible for personnel recruitment, training, performance management, and maintaining employee relations.
Technology Development Department
Responsible for supporting the technical needs of various centers, coordinating the strategic planning of technology and data centers, and developing and maintaining relevant software and systems.

Responsible for daily administrative affairs, logistical support, and office resource management.

Responsible for contract review, intellectual property protection, and compliance review of international projects.
